In this video we want to talk to you about our recent snowboard injuries. I recently hurt my foot and Chris recently hurt his tailbone. We have both injuries on film, so you can see what exactly happened. But, mainly we want to tell you everything that lead to those injuries, so you know what to avoid and keep yourself safe. Getting injured snowboarding is truly the worst because of all the time you have to take of to recover. The things that lead to our snowboard injuries were feeling low energy, lack of mental focused, riding a new snowboard and trying to progress too fast. We hope that you guys can learn from our mistakes and avoid snowboard injuries!
