In this video I want to share what I eat for breakfast for all day energy. This past winter I snowboarded around one hundred days and worked most nights, so I needed to eat food that would give me lots of energy. Five years ago I became much more health conscious and changed my diet to have more energy. The main keys for energy are eating whole plant foods that are high carb and calorie dense. Adding a variety of fruits and seeds will give you a variety of vitamins and minerals! If you try this breakfast recipe it would be great to hear what you think in the comment!
