4 Flip Snowboard Training

November 2, 2017

In this video we head back to Bounce Whistler to learn how to flip in four different directions. Learning to flip on a trampoline is great training for when it comes time to flip on your snowboard. We start by using a crash pad to fall onto, but quickly move on to attempting the full flips on the trampoline. If your goal this winter is to learn flips on your snowboard then a trampoline center is a great place to start! Practicing on a trampoline will also improve you air awareness for all types of snowboard jump tricks. Check out the off season snowboard playlist for more videos! Thanks for watching!
