In this video I am going to show you how to make my all time favorite off-season training gadget. It's great to have this balance board laying around because even just a few minutes a day will dramatically improve your balance and muscle memory for snowboard rail tricks; it's also nice that it can be made from parts laying around the house! Make sure to stay safe by starting slow, getting used to the balance board, and working your way up to the more advanced rail tricks that you want to try. It is also very important to have a spacious area to use this so that you do not hit anything if you fall.
