Powder Day Snowboard Gear Prep

November 21, 2017

We have a storm hitting Whistler mountain tonight and I'm prepping all my snowboard gear. It's important to prep all your snowboard gear ahead of time to make the most of a powder day. It can ruin an epic day if you bring up the wrong gear or if your gear is still wet from the last day of riding. For my jacket and pants I'm spraying them with a waterproofing spray to help stay dry. My snowboard boots and mittens are drying with help from a boot heater. All my batteries are charges for my Gopro. I'm also test a new pair of Spy goggles tomorrow with a low light happy lens. Most importantly I'm switching my bindings from my park snowboard to my powder snowboard. Getting the powder stance setup is key. Thanks for watching!
